Standard construction package
From foundation to roof — building your home is included in this package.
Foundation Work
Excavation 50 cm deep and wide, waterproofing with roofing felt, gravel layer, tying of a 4-bar reinforcement cage from 14 mm rebar, grade 350 concrete
Base & Screed
Base construction 5 stone-courses high, filling and compacting the inside of the base, 5 cm screed over reinforcing mesh
Masonry Work
Wall masonry 320 cm high above the base, exterior walls in double-stone, partition walls in single-stone
Concrete Lintels
Construction of 40×20 cm concrete lintels above door and window openings
Roofing Work
Timber roof structure, 0.45 mm thick corrugated sheet roof covering
Insulation & Flooring
Rough subfloor, fiberglass wool thermal insulation
Doors & Windows
Steel security door up to 200 AZN, Pimapen PVC windows (can include a grille)
